Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in Monthly BSP meetings by providing documentation and support to the BSP Lead ensuring all BSP-related actions are completed in accordance with company safety policies.
• Operate as an SAP user, completing all system tasks diligently and maintain a clean desk policy.
• Serve as a member of the CERT team, engaging fully in emergency response trainings and drills, while supporting maintenance of emergency response equipment.
• Manage third-party warehouse activities including Just-In-Time (JIT) and FIFO operations for MEGC and TCS units, especially at the Tuas warehouse.
• Contribute to MEGC manifold repair initiatives alongside the team.
• Complete all required online training within deadlines.
• Process chemical and gas orders as directed by supervisors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
• Comprehend JIT work procedures and site risk assessments relevant to job tasks.
• Monitor vendor activities onsite and audit their compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Support maintenance and daily inspection of equipment and tools to confirm operational functionality.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Customer Service, and customers to fulfill warehouse and delivery requirements effectively.
• Assist with obtaining vendor quotes for various jobs to aid purchasing decisions.
• Manage logistics coordination with transport vendors for cross-border trucking between Singapore and Malaysia.
• Support quality audit activities at the Tuas facility and third-party warehouses.
• Handle prompt processing of service provider invoices for Malaysia and Singapore to ensure timely payments.
• Assist with cycle count activities at the Tuas site and external warehouses to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Oversee site contractors providing container stuffing services, ensuring adherence to site work procedures.
• Manage the return process of empty MEGC, cylinders, drums, and pallet packs, arranging returns to suppliers timely for multiple locations including PTC, Tuas Warehouse, and AIG.
• Maintain comprehensive records of import and export shipping documentation.
• Act as backup escort for MEGC tube trailers from ports or customer locations as needed.
• Conduct safety meetings and job safety analyses (JSA) for the Tuas contract drivers.
• Perform receipt of import containers and empty cylinders into SAP and arrange bookings for exports and empty returns.
• Handle export shipment processing including shipping documentation, cylinder picking, and transport between Tuas and Kulim.
• Provide monthly shipment numbers to support billing processes.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a diploma in Warehouse Management or related field.
• Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experienced in handling gases and chemicals safely.
• Skilled in collaborating with logistics service providers.
• Experience as an ER (Emergency Response) Team Leader is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP software usage.
• Capable of effective communication through emails and understanding written work procedures.
• Able to generate reports using Excel.
• Qualified to issue cold work permits.
• Hold certifications including a forklift license and CERT training.
