About Us
Temu is a fast-growing company seeking a motivated and seasoned Warehouse Operations Manager to enhance our team. This position involves collaborating with dedicated professionals eager to impact the industry positively.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company at partner warehouses to oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs including pickup rates, labeling, and cargo consistency, while identifying and reporting risks.
- Analyze workforce productivity and staffing levels using data and direct observation, recommending improvements in scheduling and labor deployment to boost efficiency.
- Promptly address operational issues such as congestion or lost cargo by investigating causes on site and coordinating swift corrective measures to reduce disruption.
- Identify process gaps by documenting high-quality inspection reports and working with partners to implement enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Two to three years of experience managing warehouse operations or similar roles, preferably with knowledge of USPS, FedEx, or UPS last-mile delivery standards.
- Independent worker capable of maintaining compliance and quality benchmarks without close supervision.
- Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach, with capacity to perform well under pressure and strict deadlines.
- Proactive problem solver with sound judgment for on-site decision-making and operational issue resolution.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Mandarin to facilitate effective teamwork across diverse groups.
- Flexibility to accommodate fluctuating business demands including travel or on-site presence; committed to accuracy and data integrity.
