• Become proficient with menu knowledge including all items, promotions, and specials to confidently assist and inform guests.
• Efficiently take and process food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale system, ensuring timely delivery of orders with meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and full stocking of the food service station at all times.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations to safeguard the well-being of guests and team members.
