About the Position

Ratan Vilas in Jodhpur is looking for attentive Waiters/Stewards to join their team, delivering superior dining experiences by upholding traditional hospitality values with warm, professional service both indoors and in outdoor dining areas.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet and seat patrons with courteous and professional hospitality.
• Inform guests about menu selections and answer questions regarding the cuisine and offerings.
• Accurately take orders and collaborate efficiently with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Serve meals and drinks following excellence in food presentation and hygiene practices.
• Ensure tables and dining areas remain clean and properly arranged during shifts.
• Respond to guest needs proactively to foster enjoyable and memorable dining experiences.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of six months’ experience as a waiter or steward, ideally in heritage or boutique hotels.
• Good spoken Hindi and basic conversational English abilities.
• Polished personal grooming, polite attitude, and a strong commitment to customer service.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Additional Details
