About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Visual Marketing Designer to craft compelling digital marketing experiences across responsive websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns. This position emphasizes visual storytelling, brand consistency, and marketing content creation, rather than product user experience or application design. The role demands close collaboration with creative, brand, marketing, content, and technology teams to build unified, accessible, and on-brand digital touchpoints while advancing design systems and visual guidelines.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create visually striking digital marketing materials including responsive websites, landing pages, promotional campaigns, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Develop modern layouts, attractive typography, and cohesive visuals aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Work with creative leads, copywriters, marketing professionals, developers, producers, and strategists to deliver engaging customer experiences.
- Implement responsive design and accessibility standards across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Maintain and improve design systems, reusable components, and visual standards for consistency across digital assets.
- Convert marketing strategies into powerful visual concepts to enhance brand recognition and increase customer interaction.
- Leverage campaign performance data and usability feedback for continual design optimization.
- Prepare designs that are ready for production and collaborate with developers throughout implementation.
- Keep up-to-date with digital design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Manage several projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, UI Design, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in visual marketing design, digital creative, or web design.
- Strong portfolio highlighting marketing campaigns, responsive websites, landing pages, brand experiences, and digital content.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or equivalents.
- Deep understanding of responsive web design, accessibility guidelines, typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and branding.
- Experience working within established brand guidelines and design systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including communication, teamwork, presentation, and organizational capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
