About the Role and Location
This position is based at the Anantara Mina Al Arab Resort in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Anantara Hotels & Resorts represent a distinguished global luxury hospitality brand rooted in Thai culture and dedicated to delivering heartfelt, authentic guest experiences. Originating in 2001 from Thailand, the brand has grown internationally offering unique stays at exceptional destinations including serene beaches, private islands, historic sites, and lively cities.
Ras Al Khaimah, the northernmost emirate in the UAE, offers a tranquil environment just 45 minutes from Dubai, with a combination of beach, desert, and mountain experiences. The resort provides overwater luxury accommodations set within a pristine ecological sanctuary on the Arabian Gulf.
Responsibilities
The Villa Host plays a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction by delivering attentive, personalized, and prompt service. You will take ownership of assigned villas, ensuring meticulous cleanliness and upkeep while supervising and coordinating necessary villa operations. The position demands leadership to uphold the highest professional standards for guest service.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong communication abilities in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- At least one year of experience as a Butler or Villa Host, ideally within a comparable high-quality hotel environment.
- Friendly, outgoing demeanor combined with a proactive and resourceful work approach.
- Capability to work independently and sound judgment for decision-making.
