Role Summary
The company is seeking a Vehicle Dispatch Specialist who owns their own vehicle and holds a degree. The primary role involves organizing the dispatch of self-owned vehicles to ensure materials are transported effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and dispatch self-owned vehicles according to production and operational demands.
- Maintain accurate records concerning drivers and vehicles.
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse and production departments to coordinate dispatch schedules.
- Monitor the completion of transport trips and report any issues encountered.
- Ensure dispatch operations are completed timely and efficiently.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
- Previous experience in dispatch operations or transport coordination is essential.
- Excellent organizational capabilities and communication skills.
- Able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Excel for data management.
