Role Overview
The Vehicle Delivery Specialist will be a crucial frontline representative, delivering vehicles safely to customers while providing exceptional service. This role combines driving responsibilities with customer interaction, offering the chance to influence customer satisfaction and represent Clutch’s brand integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide each customer with an outstanding and memorable service experience.
- Operate flatbed trucks to transport client vehicles securely and deliver them throughout the region directly to customers’ residences.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing needs, resolving challenges, and ensuring high satisfaction at every interaction.
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections focusing on both cosmetic and mechanical conditions to detect any issues, ensuring quality assurance.
- Complete all customer-related paperwork accurately and maintain detailed notes in the company tracking system.
- Collaborate actively with teammates, offering assistance with various tasks as necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Have at least one year of vehicle transportation experience and a minimum of two years in customer-facing roles.
- Comfortable driving over extended distances.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for cars and automotive knowledge; thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Maintain a clean driving record for at least three years with no major infractions.
- Pass a comprehensive criminal background check.
- Be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly with flexibility for overtime.
Preferred Attributes

- Familiarity with warranty service products to effectively respond to customer inquiries.

- Pay rate of $22.50 per hour.
