Overview
ClifyX is seeking an experienced US IT Technical Recruiter to work remotely from Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of expertise in US IT recruitment and be adept at navigating job portals and applicant tracking systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates through various online job platforms.
- Utilize Job Diva ATS to track and manage candidate applications efficiently.
- Conduct resume screenings using consistent evaluation methods to assess candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and experience.
- Perform initial interviews to evaluate candidates' interest level, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews by liaising among hiring managers, candidates, and interviewers to ensure smooth processes.
- Conduct market research to gain insights on competitors’ hiring trends, organizational structures, and employment conditions.
- Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in US IT recruitment.
- Familiarity with Job Diva ATS is advantageous.
- Proven experience in interviewing and evaluating candidates for hiring suitability.
- Background in recruitment metrics to inform strategic decision-making is preferred.
- Skilled in developing and implementing recruiting marketing and branding endeavors.
- Proficient in using corporate software tools and databases for candidate outreach.
- Ability to confidently explain company details and answer technical questions during recruitment conversations.
- Exhibit strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly adaptable to new technologies and evolving business contexts.
