Job Overview
We are seeking a US IT Recruiter, preferably based in Chandigarh or Delhi/NCR, with the flexibility to work night shifts aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST). This role demands managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to finalizing offers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle including direct sourcing, conducting initial phone interviews, and negotiating compensation packages.
- Leverage internet job boards alongside existing candidate networks and referrals, utilizing diverse online sourcing strategies.
- Evaluate candidates against job descriptions provided by resource managers, focusing on technical expertise, functional abilities, and communication skills.
- Ensure continuous engagement with candidates from initial contact through to offer extension.
- Manage salary discussions, counteroffers, benefits, and coordination of interviews.
- Perform reference checks to verify candidate credibility and relevance.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of four years of experience specifically in US recruitment.
- Proven success in client management and overseeing recruitment operations.
- Expertise in recruiting contractors under W2, 1099, and C2C arrangements.
- Capability to work autonomously with minimal oversight in a dynamic agency setting.
