Role Overview
VIVA IT India Technologies (Savvysoft Technologies) is hiring a US HR Recruiter for its Chennai and Coimbatore locations. This role follows a night shift schedule aligned with US business hours and is suitable for candidates who want to build a career in recruitment.
Compensation and Training
The position offers a salary in the range of 3 to 4.2 LPA after successful completion of the internship/training period. A stipend will be provided during the training phase. The company also provides 6 months of paid training focused on the fundamentals of US IT recruitment.
Eligibility
Any graduate can apply. The employer is open to freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of work experience from any field. Applicants should have good English communication skills, an interest in HR and recruitment, and the willingness to work night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
The recruiter will source and screen IT candidates for US-based clients, coordinate interviews, keep candidates engaged through the hiring process, and maintain recruitment data and trackers accurately. The role also provides exposure to the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing through onboarding.
