About the Role
We are looking for a Unit Manager to lead our team of advisers and drive business growth through effective recruitment, training, and motivation. This role involves managing and developing a team of sales advisers to meet targets, primarily within the insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit talented advisers to expand the sales team.
- Generate business by leveraging the team of advisers effectively.
- Lead and manage the team to ensure the achievement of targets.
- Motivate and inspire advisers to reach their sales goals.
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing guidance to enhance team performance.
Experience & Criteria
- Experience ranging between 1 to 7 years.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance) sector for experienced candidates.
- Customer-facing sales experience from any sector is considered suitable.
- Life insurance experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Preference given to candidates skilled in LANE mapping, field prospecting, cold calling, or approaching new customers for product pitches.
Educational & Age Requirements
- Applicants must hold a full-time graduate degree.
- Maximum age limit is 35 years.
Compensation
The salary package ranges from 350,000 to 580,000 INR annually, including incentives. Exact salary will be determined based on interview performance, last drawn CTC, and experience.
