Position Overview
Supro Info Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Unit Manager to lead and manage a team of advisers in the sales domain, focusing on channel agency operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new advisers effectively.
- Generate business through the efforts of the adviser team.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate advisers to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing guidance to improve team performance.
Candidate Profile and Experience
- Applicants should have between 2 to 7 years of professional experience.
- At least 6 months of experience within the BFSI sector is required for candidates with prior experience.
- Customer-facing sales roles in any industry are considered relevant.
- Previous life insurance experience is not mandatory but will be advantageous.
- Strong preference will be given to candidates experienced in LANE mapping, field prospecting, cold calling, or approaching new customers for product presentations.

- Applicants must have completed any full-time graduate degree.
- Maximum age limit for candidates is 33 years.
Compensation
The salary range offered is approximately INR 180000 to INR 350000 per annum along with incentives. Exact salary will be determined based on interview outcomes, previous compensation, and experience.
