Role Overview

We seek a creative and user-oriented UI/UX Designer to develop intuitive, engaging, and visually striking digital interfaces for web and mobile applications. Key Duties

• Design user-centric interfaces for web, mobile, and cross-platform environments.
• Produce user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and polished designs.
• Perform user research, usability assessments, and competitive evaluations to uncover user requirements and design prospects.
• Architect intuitive navigation and interaction patterns to enhance overall user experience.
• Create and upkeep scalable design systems, UI elements, and standardized style guidelines.
• Work closely with multifaceted teams during the entire product development process.
• Transform business goals and user input into visually effective design solutions.
• Develop interactive prototypes to validate ideas and showcase user interactions.
• Guarantee compliance with accessibility norms, responsive design, and usability principles.
• Review finished designs to uphold visual uniformity and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Visual Communication, or related disciplines.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, usability, accessibility, and information architecture.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or their equivalents.
• Experience in crafting wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and detailed user interface visuals.
• Knowledge of responsive design techniques for various platforms including desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Familiarity with design systems, reusable component libraries, and style guide creation.
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy concepts.
• Capability to conduct user testing, research, and interpret feedback.
• Basic awareness of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial.
