Job Overview
UltraTech Cement is seeking a Territory Sales In-charge (TSI) for the Tirupati region in Andhra Pradesh to strengthen its distribution and sales through stockists and retailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a minimum of two stockists, each assigned 20-30 retailers in your designated area.
- Recruit new retailers within the assigned territory to expand market reach.
- Conduct thorough market surveys by personally visiting all retail counters across the city.
- Boost secondary sales by working closely with retailers.
- Identify potential sales opportunities by visiting raw construction sites including Kothi, House, and Individual House Builders.
- Build strong collaborations with contractors and masons to facilitate product usage.
- Drive sales generated from retailer site activities.
- Coordinate sample distribution and arrange live product demonstrations at construction sites.
- Organize in-store events and promotional campaigns to increase product visibility and customer engagement.
- Effectively communicate current schemes and offers to contractors and masons to encourage sales.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with stockists and retailers ensuring an efficient and smooth supply chain.
