TSI Engineer

Role overview

Virtuoso Projects & Engineers Pvt. Ltd is looking for a TSI Engineer in Kakinada, India. The role focuses on territory-based sales, technical customer support, and solutioning for CCTV, PAGA, and TSI-related requirements within the security services space.

Responsibilities

• Handle an assigned territory with the goal of meeting sales targets by finding new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and offering technical guidance for CCTV solutions.
• Visit client sites to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions using PAGA (Public Address & General Alarm) and TSI (Total Solution Integrator) products.
• Work with internal teams across functions to address problems linked to installation, upkeep, and service support.
• Track market movements and competitor activity to remain competitive in the security services market.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in sales engineering or a comparable role in the security services sector.
• Solid knowledge of CCTV systems, including system design, installation, setup/configuration, and maintenance.
• Working knowledge of PAGA (Public Address & General Alarm) software tools.
• Hands-on exposure to TSI (Total Solution Integrator) platforms.
• Graduation is not mandatory for this position.
