Travel Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a committed and proactive Travel Executive to become a part of our Admin team in Vadodara. The role involves managing smooth transportation services for our internal staff by coordinating with drivers and vendors, utilizing GPS technology, and ensuring timely arrivals and departures.

Primary Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate timely transportation with cab drivers and service providers for employees.
• Monitor cab routes to ensure adherence to schedules and timely arrival at designated pick-up locations.
• Communicate promptly with employees about their transport schedules and any updates.
• Use GPS systems to offer precise directions and tackle any issues related to routes.
• Ensure employees board the cabs promptly and reach their destinations on schedule.
• Maintain high service standards and quickly resolve any transportation concerns.
• Keep updated records of all transportation activities and report inconsistencies to management.
• Work collaboratively with the team to optimize transportation procedures and overall effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience in a similar position, ideally within travel or logistics sectors.
• Strong knowledge of GPS tools and local city routes is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Effective multitasking skills and the ability to manage time well under a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving aptitude with a calm approach to unpredicted situations.
• Basic proficiency with computer applications and a willingness to learn new software as required.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time role with working hours from 6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST, Monday through Friday.
