Role Summary
The Training Officer role is based in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on coordinating training activities within the Poultry business unit. The position involves managing the training database, handling related documentation, and offering administrative support so that training records remain accurate and learning programs are delivered smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training initiatives for the Poultry business unit.
- Maintain and update the training database with accuracy.
- Process training-related documents and records.
- Provide administrative assistance to support training operations.
- Help ensure training objectives are achieved without errors in records or execution.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in food sciences, engineering, or a closely related discipline. The role requires 1 to 2 years of experience in FMCG, training, or education. Candidates should understand the training cycle, be strong in planning and organizing, and be able to coordinate with external stakeholders when needed.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are important, along with the ability to prepare reports and feedback. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of working carefully during training workshops. Fluency in both spoken and written English and Arabic is required.
