Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Trainee Bridge Engineer to join our Bangalore office. This role suits recent graduates who have a keen interest in developing their expertise in bridge design, structural analysis, inspection, and related infrastructure projects. The recruit will work closely with seasoned engineers to gain hands-on experience following industry standards and using specialized design software.

Primary Responsibilities

• Contribute to the planning, structural analysis, and design activities of bridges and associated infrastructure.
• Prepare detailed engineering calculations, technical drawings, and reports.
• Assist with inspecting bridges and evaluating their structural condition.
• Help compile design documentation that complies with applicable codes and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and project team members to ensure smooth project progress.
• Become proficient in engineering software tools including AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, MIDAS Civil, CSI Bridge, or equivalents.
• Engage in site visits for gathering data and overseeing construction practices as needed.
• Keep accurate project records and complete assigned duties within deadlines.
• Adhere to company policies regarding quality assurance, safety protocols, and engineering methodology.
