Role Summary
We are looking for a dedicated full-time Trailer Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. This role supports the safe and efficient functioning of our nationwide trailer fleet.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of trailers to detect any defects or worn-out parts.
- Carry out preventative maintenance and repair tasks under supervision.
- Replace or fix components such as curtains, gates, toolboxes, lighting, and additional parts as needed.
- Ensure workshop equipment is properly maintained and the workspace remains clean and organized.
- Complete all necessary documentation including service reports, timesheets, and repair records.
- Follow safety standards rigorously and promptly report any identified hazards.
Candidate Profile
- Mechanical experience, preferably related to trailer maintenance.
- Keen attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic competency with computer applications.
- No formal qualifications are required; however, prior experience in a comparable role is advantageous.
