About the Role

Join our vibrant retail team as a Trading Assistant where your contribution makes every shopping experience excellent. Our stores operate in a dynamic and energetic environment, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional value, quality, and service to the local community. In this role, you'll ensure the store is impeccably stocked and maintained, providing all customers need from us.

Key Duties

• Retrieve stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG) and replenish items efficiently across the store shelves, maintaining neat and appealing product displays.
• Engage proactively with customers by addressing questions and offering assistance to guarantee a superb shopping experience.
• Develop solid knowledge of our products, promotions, and services to give informed recommendations to shoppers.
• Conduct date checks on fresh produce and grocery items to ensure product quality and safety.
• Support various store functions and assist with deliveries as necessary.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be above the school-leaving age applicable in their country.
• Must have legal right to work in the UK.
• For shifts before 6am or after 11pm, applicants must be at least 18 years old.
