Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and confident Trade Sales / Driver to join our Onehunga Branch team. This is a permanent full-time role that involves active involvement on the road and in the branch, delivering products and supporting customers. This position offers an excellent opportunity for trade professionals or those with a trade background to stay connected to the industry while stepping away from manual toolwork. We value a practical understanding of trades and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver products to job sites while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Provide service at the trade counter, ensuring customers promptly get the materials they need to start their workday.
• Assist with various branch duties as necessary to support team operations.

• Physically capable of handling lifting tasks up to 20kg.

• Trade experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Requirements

• Physical fitness sufficient to lift up to 20kg.
• Possession of a full, clean New Zealand driver's license.
• Forklift license is preferred but not required.
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions

This full-time role entails working 42.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Exact shift times will be finalized during interview discussions.
