Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and confident Trade Sales / Driver to join our Onehunga Branch team. This is a permanent full-time role that involves active involvement on the road and in the branch, delivering products and supporting customers. This position offers an excellent opportunity for trade professionals or those with a trade background to stay connected to the industry while stepping away from manual toolwork. We value a practical understanding of trades and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver products to job sites while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Provide service at the trade counter, ensuring customers promptly get the materials they need to start their workday.
- Assist with various branch duties as necessary to support team operations.

- Customer-centric approach both at the branch and while on deliveries.
- Positive, proactive mindset with genuine enthusiasm for the role.
- Physically capable of handling lifting tasks up to 20kg.
- Eager to learn and assist wherever necessary within the branch environment.

- Trade experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Requirements

- Intermediate computer literacy.

- Ability to work well under pressure with sound judgement.
- Physical fitness sufficient to lift up to 20kg.
- Possession of a full, clean New Zealand driver's license.
- Forklift license is preferred but not required.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
This full-time role entails working 42.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Exact shift times will be finalized during interview discussions.
