Role Overview

We are seeking a Track Engineer (Site Engineer - Track) with over five years of relevant experience to supervise railway track-related projects in Vadodara, Gujarat. The role involves managing the execution of railway track works alongside structural and alignment tasks, strictly in accordance with approved engineering designs and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day track, structural, and alignment construction activities ensuring compliance with established railway design criteria, geometry, and engineering standards.
• Lead and coordinate site labor, heavy equipment, and specialized subcontractors related to track and civil works to maintain high productivity and meet stringent block or possession schedules.
• Prepare and maintain detailed daily progress reports (DPR), supplying transparent updates to project management and railway authorities.
• Implement and maintain rigorous railway safety and quality control measures to ensure incident-free operations within a high-risk construction setting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering with appropriate years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with a graduate degree or 7 years if holding a diploma, specifically in railway or road infrastructure projects.

Eligibility

Candidates with Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degrees in Civil Engineering or Diploma holders in Civil Engineering are eligible to apply.
