We are currently seeking a Tool & Storekeeper to join our team in Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the issuance and return of tools, keeping careful records of tool distribution to workers and technicians.
• Maintain detailed logs for tool usage, material distribution, and returns to ensure clear tracking.
• Generate reports detailing stock levels, identify damaged tools, and highlight replenishment requirements.
• Perform regular physical inventory audits to verify stock accuracy against system records.
• Maintain effective communication with maintenance, procurement, and related teams to coordinate tool and material management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completion of High School education.
• A minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational skills combined with a proactive approach and excellent communication abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities within large organizational environments.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Strategic thinking and openness to innovative ideas.
• Ability to deliver business outcomes in a multicultural setting.
