Overview
A well-known textile brand is hiring a Time Office / Payroll Incharge for its manufacturing plant in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. The role is focused on payroll administration, time office operations, statutory compliance, and coordination with internal teams.
Role Summary
The selected professional will manage end-to-end payroll processes, support the SAP HCM module, and ensure accurate statutory deductions, settlements, and related documentation for the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle payroll activities with accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and outputs with relevant teams.
- Work on SAP and manage the SAP HCM module.
- Prepare and process Professional Tax challans and related filings.
- Manage full and final settlement calculations for exiting employees.
- Prepare PF and ESI challans and related compliance tasks.
- Calculate bonus and earned leave payouts as required.
Experience Required
The role requires 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary offered is up to 5.0 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. Bachelor accommodation will also be provided.

This position is based at the plant in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.
