About Rajmuni Civil Work Agency
Rajmuni Civil Work Agency, based in Chennai, excels in civil maintenance and building restoration, specializing in thermal imaging inspections to detect water leakage and moisture problems. They provide solutions including waterproofing, epoxy grouting, painting, renovation, and civil repairs focused on residential, commercial, and industrial properties, leveraging advanced technology for non-invasive inspections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform thermal inspections at customer sites using infrared thermal cameras.
- Identify issues such as water leakage, dampness, moisture intrusion, and hidden plumbing leaks through thermal imaging.
- Capture thermal and visible photographs to document site conditions during inspections.
- Produce comprehensive inspection reports detailing findings and suggested remedial measures.
- Communicate inspection results clearly and professionally to clients.
- Collaborate closely with civil and waterproofing teams to resolve identified problems.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of thermal inspection devices for accuracy.
- Travel throughout Chennai to conduct site inspections as required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma, ITI, BE, or B.Tech qualification in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical engineering, or a related domain.
- Fresh candidates and those with up to 3 years of relevant experience are welcome.
- Basic understanding of thermal imaging or building inspection techniques is desirable.
- Good communication skills in Tamil, with basic proficiency in English considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Chennai.
- Possession of a valid driving license and preferably a two-wheeler for site commuting.
- Strong observational, analytical, and report-writing capabilities.
- Fundamental computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and mobile apps.
