Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our testing team as a Testing Center Administrator. This role operates in a fast-paced professional environment to uphold the integrity of our testing services by managing and proctoring computer- and paper-based tests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete mandatory Training Center Administrator (TCA) training and certification exams as required.
  • Welcome test takers and verify their identity.
  • Register candidates and prepare their information on the Roster/Score Card.
  • If necessary, collect biometric data such as fingerprints from candidates.
  • Monitor candidates throughout the test to ensure compliance.
  • Handle candidate and technical issues or escalate them to supervisors when needed.
  • Maintain security of all computer software used in the testing environment.
