About the Role and Company
NVIDIA is a global leader specializing in Artificial Intelligence, High-Performance Computing, Gaming, and Autonomous technologies. Their operations team ensures smooth manufacturing and delivery of NVIDIA GPU and SoC products worldwide. This position is focused on System-Level Test (SLT) operations, supporting both new product introductions and ongoing production processes, aimed at improving product quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing and engineering activities throughout the SLT New Product Introduction (NPI) phase and mass production on the production floor.
- Design, develop, and enhance automated test systems and thermal management solutions used in system-level testing.
- Set up test stations, configure hardware, and conduct qualification and maintenance activities for new and existing production lines.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and external vendors to design, develop, and validate test equipment.
- Plan and conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to investigate and resolve production issues effectively.
- Analyze manufacturing data thoroughly to drive improvements in yield and productivity.
- Provide immediate engineering support on the production floor, troubleshooting test-related challenges as they arise.
- Create and update test programs and tools for system- and chip-level debugging, validation, and failure analysis.
- Utilize advanced AI technologies to enhance testing efficiency, automate processes, bolster data analytics, and improve quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within semiconductor or electronics manufacturing sectors.
- Strong expertise in ATC thermal solutions and development of test hardware and software preferred.
- Proficiency in Linux shell scripting, Python, SQL, and AI tools geared towards automation and data analysis.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and manufacturing testing environments.
- Experience with System-Level Test, New Product Introduction, or high-volume production testing is advantageous.
- Superior analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities within cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on knowledge of schematic capture and PCB design tools such as Allegro is a plus.
- Familiarity with mechanical CAD software like Creo for engineering and fixture design is also beneficial.
