Key Responsibilities

• Unload shipment bags from vehicles efficiently.
• Scan shipments accurately at relevant stages.
• Perform both primary and secondary sorting of packages.
• Execute outscan procedures aligning with the planned delivery route.
• Deliver packages exclusively to the address indicated on the shipment.
• Obtain customer acknowledgment via device (BYOD) upon delivery.
• Apply accurate status codes for shipments undelivered at customer locations.
• Adhere to delivery processes as taught during orientation training.
• Submit the cash on delivery (COD) amounts to supervisors on the same day.
• Return any undelivered shipments to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain proper dress code and carry field bags throughout delivery rounds.
• Conduct pickups in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Ensure pickups are performed on time at customer locations as per cutoff timings.
• Verify if pickup locations are serviceable.
• Count shipments at the pickup point and secure customer acknowledgment on the pickup sheet.
• Inscan shipments at the office and process rapid entries efficiently.
• Carry out primary and secondary sorting during pickup.
• Implement bagging procedures and load canvas bags into vehicles properly.
• Reach subsequent locations punctually to maintain schedule connections.
