About the Role

Secure Automation Consultants is looking for a meticulous Tender & MIS Executive to join their team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The selected candidate will handle tender submissions, ensuring they meet client specifications and deadlines. Additionally, the role involves assisting with management information systems (MIS) reporting to support sales and project management functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tender documents complying with client requirements within stipulated deadlines.
• Work closely with project managers to collect requisite information for tender applications.
• Organize and maintain a well-structured archive of tender documentation for easy retrieval.
• Gather, analyze, and report data for MIS reports, delivering insights to management.
• Ensure adherence to established standards and procedures throughout tender submission processes.
• Assist in monitoring project performance indicators and client feedback.
• Provide administrative assistance to ensure efficient team operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Experience in tender handling or MIS reporting, ideally within technical or engineering sectors.
• Strong capability in data analysis and interpreting metrics.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
• High attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills.
• Capability to perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
