About the Role
Prabha Continuous Utility Services is looking for a meticulous and proactive Tender Executive to oversee the entire tender lifecycle, from identifying potential opportunities to preparing submissions and following through on outcomes. This position is based in Vadodara, Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track relevant tenders via government and private sector portals.
- Evaluate tender criteria, eligibility, and technical details.
- Prepare and submit both technical and commercial bids within deadlines.
- Collaborate internally to gather necessary documentation and information.
- Maintain comprehensive records of submissions, communications, and bid progress.
- Organize required bid documents including Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), tender fees, and bank guarantees.
- Ensure full adherence to tender conditions and requirements.
- Engage with clients to follow up on status, clarifications, and contract awards.
- Manage tender schedules and maintain a clear calendar of deadlines.
- Support contract evaluation and post-award paperwork.
- Update vendor registrations and maintain portal information.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Practical experience with government and private sector tenders.
- Familiarity with GEM Portal, CPP Portal, E-Procurement systems, and similar platforms.
- Strong skills in documentation and drafting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
- Capacity to work under pressure and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
Eligibility and Desired Profile
- Graduate, MBA, or Diploma in a relevant field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in tendering, bidding, contracts, or business development.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in government, PSU, EPC, infrastructure, industrial, or facility management tenders.
- Good understanding of bid preparation and compliance standards.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Competent in interpreting tender and technical documents.
- Well-organized with excellent time management.
- Experience in manpower, industrial projects, EPC, engineering, or services sectors is advantageous.
