Telesales Executive

Overview

Technosys Systems is seeking a Female Telecalling Sales Executive with a background of 1 to 2 years in telecalling, telesales, or related sales roles. This position involves active engagement with customers to promote and explain various IT Networking, CCTV, Security, and Infrastructure offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact both potential and current customers to promote products and services.
• Provide detailed explanations of IT Networking, CCTV, Security, and Infrastructure solutions.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients through follow-ups.
• Generate inquiries and collaborate effectively with the sales team for conversions.
• Keep accurate daily logs of calls and follow-up activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in telecalling, telesales, or sales.
• Exhibit good communication skills in Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
• Have fundamental knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office and email.
• Show confidence in making calls and conducting follow-ups.
• Preference given to female applicants.
• Work environment does not impose aggressive sales targets.
