About Hardev Enterprises
Hardev Enterprises is recruiting both male and female Telecalling Sales Executives to join their Ayurvedic Wellness Division. This role offers a work-from-home opportunity with a clear path for performance-driven growth.
Selection and Onboarding Process
- Watch company-provided training videos to understand product details, calling scripts, and sales processes.
- Complete sample cold calls post-training and submit call recordings to the HR department.
- HR evaluates candidates based on communication, confidence, and sales skills.
- Selected candidates receive an assignment of a Team Leader for guidance along with company leads to start calling.
Job Responsibilities
- Call potential customers and handle incoming calls professionally.
- Provide clear and professional explanations of the products.
- Identify customer needs and requirements.
- Convert live leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with customers.
- Accurately record customer and order details.
- Uphold discipline and professional communication standards.
Performance Expectations
- Daily target: 2 orders on average.
- Monthly recommended deliveries: 60–70 orders.
- Higher performance results in increased salary, daily incentives, and rewards.
Salary and Incentives Structure
Monthly salary and incentives depend on the number of delivered orders as follows:
- 0–29 delivered orders: ₹140 per delivered order.
- Training phase (30–39 delivered orders): ₹4,050 fixed.
- Increasing pay with tiers up to 300 delivered orders earning ₹150,000 plus additional bonuses such as gadgets and vouchers.
Daily incentives are awarded based on daily order counts with slabs from ₹90 for 3 orders to ₹2,500 for 20 orders. Only the highest daily incentive applies per day.
Work Requirements
- Minimum 8 hours of work daily.
- Devices needed: Android smartphone, laptop, or desktop.
- Stable internet or Wi-Fi connection.
- Clear communication and basic sales skills mandatory.
- Quiet and professional calling environment required.
Rules and Conditions
- Salary paid only for successfully delivered orders; cancelled, fake, duplicate, returned, or undelivered orders excluded.
- No misleading or false claims regarding the product.
- Salary, incentives, and rewards are subject to verification and company policies.
- Initial employment is training and evaluation based; consistent performance over 15 days can lead to official offer letters.
