About the Role
Osmium Energy Private Limited seeks a dynamic and driven Telesales Executive to join their sales team based in Kondapur, Hyderabad. This role is pivotal in enhancing business growth through effective lead generation, customer interaction, and relationship management with vendors, channel partners, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads by making outbound calls and performing diligent follow-ups.
- Establish and sustain strong connections with vendors, channel partners, and potential customers.
- Conduct cold calls to discover and develop new business prospects.
- Arrange appointments and coordinate with the field sales team for converting leads.
- Support the sales division in attaining revenue and business objectives.
- Maintain robust customer relationships to foster business expansion.
- Promptly follow up on prospects to ensure successful deal closures.
- Serve as the primary contact for vendors, channel partners, and clients, addressing inquiries and offering support.
- Maintain detailed records of customer communications and sales activities.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Has between 1 to 5 years of professional experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Exhibits excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates a proactive, self-driven, and target-focused attitude.
- Capable of managing relationships effectively and conducting timely follow-ups.
- Shows strong enthusiasm for sales, customer engagement, and contributing to revenue growth.
