Job Overview

Amraj Infra Private Limited seeks a dynamic and goal-focused Telecalling Executive to drive residential property sales in Gurgaon. This role involves connecting with potential buyers, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team to enhance customer engagement and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate calls to potential clients using company-provided leads and databases.
• Assess lead quality based on customer budget, preferred location, and purchase timelines.
• Provide detailed explanations about the project specifics, including pricing, payment options, and amenities offered.
• Arrange site visits and coordinate appointment schedules with sales managers.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested prospects to nurture relationships.
• Keep thorough and updated customer records using CRM tools or Excel spreadsheets.
• Revive engagement with dormant or inactive leads.
• Address customer inquiries professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
• Encourage existing customers to refer potential buyers.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for lead conversions.

Daily Performance Indicators

• Make 80 to 120 outbound calls every day.
• Engage in 20 to 30 meaningful conversations daily.
• Generate 5 to 10 qualified leads each day.
• Schedule 2 to 4 site visits every day.
• Update CRM records daily.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English with persuasive ability.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and WhatsApp Business.
• Competence in handling objections and managing customer follow-ups efficiently.
• Highly organized, target-oriented personality.

Preferred Background

• Experience in real estate sales is advantageous.
• Prior telecalling or BPO experience beneficial.
• Sales background in insurance, banking, or automobile sectors is a plus.

Educational Qualifications

Graduation is preferred, however, candidates who have completed 12th grade with relevant experience will also be considered.
