Job Overview
Arise Marketing India is recruiting a Telecalling Executive to manage the process related to used car loans. The role involves client assistance, gathering necessary information, and liaising with internal teams to facilitate efficient loan processing.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responding to customer queries regarding used car loans.
- Collecting and authenticating client details and paperwork.
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborating with the backend team to ensure seamless loan processing.
Candidate Requirements
- Should have completed 12th grade education.
- Possess fundamental communication capabilities.
- Capable of handling conversations confidently and courteously.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, six days a week. The workplace is situated at Office No. 817, 8th Floor, Suneja Tower-2, District Centre, Janakpuri West, Delhi-NCR.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary between INR 10,000 to 16,000.
