About the Role
We are seeking a Telecalling Executive to join Frankfinn Aviation Services Private Limited in Bengaluru. This role is centered around outbound calls aimed at lead generation, particularly targeting prospective students. You will provide comprehensive information on training programs and motivate leads to attend no-cost career counselling at company locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential students to explain available aviation courses.
- Schedule and encourage attendance at free career counselling sessions onsite.
- Perform consistent follow-ups to convert interest into visits to our training centers.
- Maintain clear and persuasive communication in Kannada, Tamil, and English languages.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months telecalling experience, especially outbound calling.
- Education: Graduate, undergraduate, or completed 12th with results available.
- Age between 18 and 34 years.
- Fluency in Kannada, Tamil, and English is mandatory.
- Open to both male and female applicants.
Working Conditions
- Working hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Sundays are fixed weekly off days.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary between 16,000 and 21,000 INR. Salaries may increase based on the candidate's current pay and performance.
