Position Overview
Skillroom India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join our team at our Gurugram office in Sector 18. This role involves driving outbound sales calls and meeting sales targets in a dynamic office environment.
Compensation and Incentives
- Monthly fixed salary: ₹27,000 CTC
- Additional monthly incentives ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 based on performance
Working Hours and Days
- Day shift from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Six working days per week with Sundays off
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants with undergraduate qualifications should possess at least six months of sales experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must have a background in sales
- Age limit is set at a maximum of 30 years
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting outbound sales calls to prospective clients
- Aiming to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
- Following up with potential customers to drive sales conversions
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales
