Role Overview

The Telecaller will work full-time on-site at Cyberwise's Perintalmanna location. This position involves making outbound calls to potential students to introduce and explain the institution's course offerings, fees, and enrollment procedures. Additionally, the Telecaller will manage incoming calls, maintain detailed call records, follow up on leads, and support admission activities by collaborating with the admissions team. Daily duties include addressing queries, resolving concerns, interacting professionally, performing basic data entry, preparing reports, and coordinating with marketing and administrative departments to achieve recruitment goals.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in spoken English and skills in building rapport via telephone.
• Aptitude for customer service and sales, capable of understanding learner requirements and clearly articulating course details.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, or call tracking tools.
• Strong organization and time management, with meticulous care in maintaining call logs and scheduling follow-ups.
• Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or sales in education-related sectors is advantageous.
• Ability to work from the Cyberwise campus in Perintalmanna, achieve daily performance targets, and collaborate effectively within teams.
• Educational credentials of at least a high school diploma; a higher education degree in any field is preferred.
