About the Role

BigBasket, a leading online grocery platform and a Tata Enterprise, is seeking motivated Telecaller Executives to join their team in Kuthambakkam, Chennai. This role focuses on enhancing the BB Saathi business by engaging customers through calls, promoting services, and increasing sales.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to non-tagged customers to introduce BB Saathi services and its mobile application.
Inform customers about the various benefits, features, and offers related to BB Saathi.
Generate new sales opportunities while contacting potential and inactive customers.
Recognize reasons behind low purchasing activity and address customer concerns.
Monitor and verify field visits and ensure adequate customer coverage.
Ensure customers are informed about ongoing promotions and schemes.
Maintain regular follow-ups to foster strong customer relationships.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to boost customer activation and retention.

Candidate Profile

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, FMCG sales support, or retail operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and convert customers via calls.
Basic proficiency in computer usage and mobile applications.
Customer-oriented mindset paired with effective problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in Tamil is essential; knowledge of Hindi and English is a plus.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should be graduates or undergraduates. Relevant experience ranging from 0 to 3 years in telesales, FMCG, retail, or customer support is preferred.
