Role overview
This opening is for a domestic voice-process role at Credicus Business Services in Pune’s Viman Nagar area. The position involves handling customer interactions over the phone, supporting inbound and outbound calling, and assisting customers with accurate information.
Key responsibilities
- Take and place customer calls in a professional manner as part of a domestic BPO voice process.
- Answer customer questions and provide correct, helpful information.
- Communicate confidently in Marathi and Hindi, with basic English as needed.
Eligibility criteria
- Applicants should have at least completed 12th pass; graduates are also welcome.
- Both freshers and candidates with prior experience can apply.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Strong verbal communication in Marathi and Hindi is expected, along with basic English ability.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
Compensation and benefits
The role offers an in-hand salary of INR 13,700 per month plus incentives. Incentives are unlimited and depend on performance.
Working hours and schedule
The shift timing is 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. This is a fixed day shift with rotational weekly off.
