Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and small cosmetic repairs to maintain the hotel's standards.
• Carefully manage hotel equipment and machinery to ensure longevity and functionality.
• Maintain smooth operation and conduct repairs on all technical systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and electrical installations.
• Collaborate closely with external contractors and oversee their work on site.
• Assist in project support and management as required.
• Carry out safety inspections and conduct thorough site walkthroughs to uphold safety standards.
• Participate in on-call duty rotations to address urgent technical needs promptly.
• Engage actively in daily operational team briefings for seamless coordination.
• Work respectfully and appreciatively alongside team members to foster a positive workplace atmosphere.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed vocational training in a technical field such as electrical engineering, HVAC, plumbing, mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• Preferably some prior experience working in a hotel or facility management setting.
• Sound knowledge of building systems with an aptitude for troubleshooting and practical problem-solving.
• Commitment to maintaining technical infrastructure and guest areas in excellent condition.
• A friendly, service-focused demeanor comfortable with interacting openly with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a proactive, hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability, proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility toward assigned duties.
• Strong teamwork skills complemented by technical expertise and a warm personality.
