Job Overview

Aegis Customer Support Services Pvt. Ltd. under the brand Startek is conducting a walk-in recruitment drive for the position of Technical Support Executive (Voice) based in Bengaluru. This role primarily involves providing Level 1 support to Acer customers through call handling, remote assistance, and basic troubleshooting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 technical assistance to Acer customers via voice communication.
• Manage inbound support through calls and remote sessions.
• Perform elementary problem-solving related to technical issues.

Candidate Requirements

• Any graduate or diploma holder (10+3) eligible to apply.
• Freshers as well as experienced professionals considered.
• Proficiency in both English and Hindi is compulsory.

Work Details

• Typically a 6-day working week with one rotating weekly off day.
• Rotational day shifts with flexible off days.
• Immediate joining candidates preferred.

Recruitment Process

• Includes HR interview, operations interview, Versant language proficiency test, and typing test.
• Walk-in dates: 12th and 13th August, from 11 am to 3 pm.

Compensation

Salary ranges from 21,000 to 25,000 INR monthly depending on interview performance and prior experience.
