Role overview
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter for an on-site role in Navi Mumbai. This position is with a direct payroll arrangement and focuses on IT hiring across the full recruitment cycle.
Experience and core focus
The ideal candidate should bring 1 to 6 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment. The role calls for strong capability in sourcing, screening, coordinating with hiring stakeholders, and handling end-to-end recruitment for technology roles.
Key responsibilities
The recruiter will manage technical hiring activities from sourcing candidates through final coordination, with an emphasis on efficient talent acquisition and stakeholder alignment.
Required strengths
Applicants should be comfortable using Naukri Resdex and LinkedIn for sourcing, and must have solid communication skills to manage candidates and internal teams effectively.
Eligibility
Any graduate can apply. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Working schedule
The role follows a 5-day work week with 2 days off.
