Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter passionate about discovering top-tier talent, adept at proactive sourcing without waiting for applications. This role involves engaging with elite professionals to join our ambitious venture shaping the future of AI marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively identify and engage exceptional candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, communities, and creative outreach strategies.
• Lead targeted headhunting efforts to attract passive candidates of high caliber.
• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to establish recruitment strategies and ideal candidate profiles.
• Screen applicants rigorously to evaluate both technical qualifications and cultural alignment.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate journey from initial contact through offer acceptance.
• Utilize recruiting data and market intelligence to refine and enhance hiring outcomes continuously.
• Contribute to strengthening employer branding and recruitment processes amid organizational growth.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years recruiting experience, preferably within rapid-growth technology companies or startups.
• Specialized experience recruiting for technical roles including AI engineers, software engineers, product managers, data scientists, or AI specialists.
• Proven expertise in outbound sourcing and passive candidate headhunting.
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar recruiting tools.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Facility to manage multiple recruitment workflows effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• A proactive ownership mindset focused on delivering results.
• Fluency in English communication.

Additional Preferred Experience

• Experience recruiting across multiple countries.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Background in international startup settings.
