Role Summary

The organization is seeking an enthusiastic and seasoned Technical Educator to support its expanding team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead professional training classes, workshops, and seminars for salon specialists.
• Visit salons regularly to demonstrate products and provide hands-on technical assistance.
• Coach hairdressers on colouring, bleaching, treatments, styling, and current hair techniques.
• Work alongside the sales team and provide technical input during customer meetings.
• Suggest appropriate hair care products and treatment options based on client needs.
• Plan and oversee educational programs, academy sessions, and live product demonstrations.
• Develop strong salon partnerships and actively represent the company’s professional brands.

Requirements

• Prior experience working as a Hair Trainer or Technical Educator.
• Solid understanding of hair colour, bleaching, treatments, and professional hair care products.
• Confident presenter with strong communication and public speaking abilities.
• Must be an Arabic speaker.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
