Job Overview

We are seeking a proficient Technical Manager with extensive embedded software knowledge to lead and oversee our engineering team. The ideal candidate will serve as the crucial link between hardware design and firmware development, ensuring the delivery of durable automotive-grade products.

Primary Duties

• Lead and mentor a team of embedded software and firmware engineers.
• Perform comprehensive code reviews focusing on C and C++ languages.
• Carry out firmware testing using demonstration products.
• Guide team members through complex debugging and troubleshooting in hardware-software integration.
• Collaborate with production and field service teams to guarantee smooth product deployment and provide technical support post-launch.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient knowledge in Embedded C/C++ programming and microcontroller architectures.
• Experience and understanding of various communication protocols including CAN, I2C, SPI, RS485, and TCP/IP.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing agile engineering teams.
• Educational background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or related disciplines.

Compensation

The remuneration package ranges between 35,000 and 50,000 INR per month.
