Role Overview

Based in Auckland, this secondment position lasting 12 months offers a full-time onsite opportunity for a Tech Bar Analyst. Under the guidance of the Tech Bar Team Leader, you will provide outstanding technical support and foster a positive employee experience across multiple channels, mainly in person at corporate and branch sites, with occasional service desk support via phone and online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promptly identify and resolve user technical issues at first contact, reducing the need for escalation.
  • Correctly triage issues, escalate when necessary, and document clearly to avoid delays.
