Overview
Join Burger King India Limited as a Team Member at the Ashok Nagar location in Chennai. This role accommodates full-time, part-time, and weekend apprenticeships (without ESIC and PF during apprenticeship) with a monthly salary ranging from INR 12,000 to 14,000 upon completing 208 working hours. Benefits include ESIC and PF contributions along with complimentary on-job snacks (burger and a cold drink).
Job Role
The position involves handling guest orders, serving as kitchen staff, managing cashier responsibilities ensuring correct transactions inclusive of GST compliance. You will prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian burgers following strict hygiene standards, maintain the dining area for guest comfort, and collect their feedback.
Store Maintenance
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the store level is pivotal. Responsibilities include daily cleaning and mopping of the restaurant, stock management in storerooms and cold storage, ensuring proper stock stacking under FIFO (First In First Out) principles.
Working Hours
Shifts last nine hours each, with rotating schedules: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm, 5:00 pm to 2:00 am, and 7:00 pm to 4:00 am (the latter shifts applying only to male employees). Female employees are assigned morning shifts. Male candidates must be flexible to work any of the shifts assigned.
