Role Summary

As a Team Leader, you will set the standard by leading through example to ensure smooth and efficient shift operations. You will support the team by providing everything needed to maintain high standards and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize the team during busy periods to ensure operations run seamlessly.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and legal compliance of the bar area, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
• Step in for management when needed, resolving problems that arise during shifts.
• Deliver excellent customer experience ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued.

Candidate Profile

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring quality standards in service such as perfect pint pouring.
• Act as a role model in delivering warm, attentive customer service to the team.
• Adapt quickly to challenges and think proactively under pressure during busy shifts.
• Possess a positive, proactive attitude and foster team collaboration.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, with understanding of allergen controls for safety compliance.
